What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of car detailing services, from basic exterior cleaning to comprehensive interior and exterior detailing. Check out our Services page for a detailed list of packages and pricing.

How long does a typical detailing session take?

The duration depends on the package you choose and the condition of your vehicle. Our Basic Package usually takes about 1 hour, while our Gold Package, our most comprehensive option, can take around 4 hours.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! Click on the Facebook Messenger Chat button on our website for the fastest response, or give us a call at (905) 941-4821. You can also visit our Contact Us page for more options. Please note that appointment requests should not be submitted through our contact form. We look forward to serving you soon!

Do You Offer Online Booking?

Currently, we don’t offer online booking, but it’s something we’re considering for the future. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

At Tim’s Auto Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled detailing service. This allows us to accommodate other customers who might be waiting for an appointment slot.

Charges for Late Cancellations:

  • No Charge: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, there will be no charge.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a late cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

Missed Appointments (No-Show):

  • First Occurrence: For the first missed appointment without prior notice, there will be no charge, but we kindly request you to reschedule promptly.

  • Subsequent Occurrences: For subsequent missed appointments without notice, a no-show fee of 30% of the total service cost may be charged. We highly value your time, and this fee compensates for the lost appointment slot.

Payment Method for Cancellation/No-Show Fees: If a cancellation fee is applicable, it will be added to your next scheduled appointment. The fee can be paid in cash or through our accepted electronic payment methods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Interac e-transfer, credit cards, and debit cards. While we prefer cash, we strive to provide convenient payment options for our customers.

Can I schedule a recurring detailing service?

While we don’t currently offer subscription-based detailing plans, we do provide the option to pre-pay for multiple services. If you’re interested in scheduling multiple detailing sessions in advance, please talk to Tim, and he can assist you with a convenient payment arrangement tailored to your needs.

Should I leave a review after getting my car detailed?

Absolutely! Leaving a review makes a significant difference and allows others to hear about your experience at Tim’s Auto Spa. Your feedback helps us understand your needs better and assists potential customers in making informed decisions. We greatly appreciate your time and effort in sharing your thoughts.

Can I include photos in my review?

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Do you offer mobile detailing services?

Currently, we operate from our fixed location. We invite you to bring your vehicle to our spa for the ultimate detailing experience.

Is there an extra charge for heavily soiled or pet hair-covered vehicles?

Yes, additional charges apply for odour removal, deep cleaning, excessive build-up, or pet hair removal. We assess these situations individually to provide you with the best possible service.

Our Basic Package includes a thorough exterior hand wash, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning. It’s a great option for those seeking essential cleaning and shine maintenance.

The Bronze Package builds upon the Basic Package and includes exterior washing, interior vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, and window cleaning. It’s ideal for individuals looking for a more comprehensive interior and exterior clean.

What's unique about the services in the Silver Package?

Our Silver Package is designed for those desiring enhanced cleaning and shine. It includes exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, window cleaning, and tire shining. This package provides a well-rounded detailing experience.

The Gold Package offers a complete restoration and protection solution. It includes exterior washing, waxing, polishing, interior vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, window cleaning, tire shining, and comprehensive interior detailing. This package is perfect for customers looking for a deep clean and showroom-quality finish.

Are the prices fixed for each package?

Our prices are set as starting points for standard-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles or those in significantly dirtier condition may require additional work, which could affect the final cost. A visual inspection is necessary to determine the appropriate package and pricing.

How often should I detail my car?

The frequency of detailing depends on various factors, including your driving habits and the environment. As a general recommendation, getting your car detailed every 3-6 months helps maintain its appearance and value. However, feel free to consult our experts for personalized advice based on your vehicle’s condition.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers for your services?

Yes, we do offer gift certificates! Treat your loved ones to the gift of a sparkling clean car with our Tim’s Auto Spa gift certificate, available for purchase at our location or by contacting us.

Is there a waiting area for customers during the detailing process?

Our services are provided at a residential location, and we do not have a dedicated waiting area. Additionally, please note that we do not provide access to a washroom for our customers. We recommend dropping off your vehicle and arranging a convenient pick-up time once the detailing is complete.

Note that, depending on the distance, we may offer to give you a ride home while you wait. Please ask Tim for details when making an appointment.

Can you remove stains or odours from the interior of my car?

Yes, we offer stain removal and odour elimination services. Whether it’s spills, pet stains, or persistent odours, our detailing experts use specialized techniques and products to address these issues. Note that there is an extra fee for excess pet hair, buildup or odour removal.

Are your cleaning products safe for my vehicle's paint and interior materials?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, automotive-grade cleaning products that are safe for your vehicle’s paint, upholstery, and interior materials. Our products are designed to clean effectively without causing damage.
